设计师伊振华受邀进行项目整体设计，并以具体诉求为出发点——体现沈阳从老工业城市向新型科技型城市转变，摆脱政府项目固有印象和思维方式，赋予沈阳这座城市科技精神和未来感locationmanager。

Designer Yi Zhenhua was invited to carry out the overall design of the project, reflecting the transformation of Shenyang from an old industrial city to a new high-tech city, getting rid of the inherent impression and mode of thinking of government projects, and endowing Shenyang with a sense of science and technology and a sense of the future.

项目位于沈阳浑南中央公园版块，沈阳故宫轴线的南部延长线上，对望百年故宫，延续历史文脉，作为沈阳新中心，整个版块充满着科技感和未来感，沈阳市智慧城市运行管理中心选址于此locationmanager。

The project is located in the Hunnan Central Park section of Shenyang, the southern extension of the axis of the Shenyang Forbidden City. As a new center of Shenyang, the entire section is full of a sense of science and technology and a sense of the future.

这一宏韬远略的智慧中心将是沈阳最具示范性的项目之一，也将成为沈阳智慧城市建设的先锋之作locationmanager。设计师伊振华的设计遵循了一个简单而直接的愿景：为沈阳打造通向未来的智慧心脏。

The Smart Center will be one of the most exemplary projects in Shenyang, and will also become a pioneer in the construction of Shenyang's smart city. Create a smart heart for Shenyang to lead to the future.

当代建筑思维语言贯穿

Contemporary architectural thinking language

智慧中心，也是一座数字艺术馆locationmanager。将建筑景观雕塑化，消解墙体、屋顶、结构等建筑要素，以一种连续的、均质表达的界面围合出形态与空间，使建筑器物化、雕塑化，以获得空间的艺术表现力。

The Smart Center is also a digital art museum. Sculpture the architectural landscape, eliminate the wall, roof, structure and other architectural elements, and enclose the space with the interface to obtain the artistic expression of the space.

曲面空间创造出在视觉和感知层面都极具辨识度和吸引力的设计，建立起一种“空间符号”，让解构主义的设计变得极具表现力和感染力locationmanager。

提炼城市文化精神DNA

古语有云：春见山容，夏见山气，秋见山情，冬见山骨locationmanager。

山有百样，不一而足，却皆为山居之乐locationmanager。

为呈现出数字科技与城市交织所产生的巨大变革，经过建筑、室内、结构一体思考，室内内部采用曲面，打造一个庞大自然山体，人穿行其中，能够感觉自身的渺小，展现敬畏自然，敬畏数字文明时代之心locationmanager。

In order to show the great changes caused by the interweaving of digital technology and cities, through the integrated thinking of architecture, interior and structure, the interior of the room adopts curved surface to create a huge natural mountain, through which people can feel their own insignificance.

曲线层层叠加，造就空间的厚度，时间的触角逐渐蔓延，一日复一日，画出沉淀的年轮，在此见证城市文明的成长痕迹locationmanager。

The curves are stacked layer by layer, creating the thickness of space, and the tentacles of time are gradually spreading. Day by day, they draw the growth rings of precipitation, witnessing the growth of urban civilization.

二层廊厅曲面整体由低到高，悬挑面环绕、围合形成一个游廊空间，形成一个具有动态的开口，如同室内庭院locationmanager。

曲面又缓缓下沉，强化了空间蜿蜒流转的动势，并将路径与界面的流动结合起来，形成在艺术馆中漫游穿梭的独特体验locationmanager。

The overall surface is from low to high, and the cantilevered surface is surrounded and enclosed to form a corridor space, just like an indoor courtyard.

Strengthened the momentum of space winding flow, and formed a unique experience of wandering in the art museum.

从中可以看到参数化设计的影子，平面扭转为曲面，建筑尺度自由转换，是对现代材质进行符合其特性的诗意表达locationmanager。

设计师伊振华认为，整个建筑领域都需要对数字智能投入，并以此应对建筑体的复杂性和高速变化locationmanager。这不仅是先锋存在的意义，更提前为未来做好准备。

The plane is twisted into a curved surface, and the architectural scale is freely transformed, which is a poetic expression of modern materials in line with its characteristics.

Yi Zhenhua, the designer, believes that the investment in digital intelligence should respond to the complexity and rapid changes of buildings.
