To replicate:

1) open up a table and do a Search (default settings)
2) near the top, in the "Query results operations" section, click the "Export" link
3) uncheck "Structure", leave other settings as default
4) hit Go

the definitions of all the routines (procedures and functions) are exported as well.

This should not happen unless the "Structure" option is checked. Actually, it should be a sub-option in the Structure section.
