CSSdoesnotloadwithSSL+MSIEuse

I want to provide phpMyAdmin thru https connection.
When I log sucessfull in, there are probably no CSS
files loaded while using MSIE to browse. When I use
FireFox on Windows, it seems to be fine. All
permitions are set temporary to 777, so there cannot
be a problem. Only with SSL and only with MSIE (friend
tell me the same problem on FF on Linux). It is some
bug or how should I continue? Thx.
