在Windows 8上安装了SQL Server 2012 Developer Edition RTM出现一个错误"Managed SQL Server Installer has stopped working"，搜寻网络上的资源都指向是.net framework的问题，试了很多方法，最后的解决方法是将Windows 8 内建的.Net Framework 3.5与4.5所有子功能都一并安装起来才解决的。

我的状况如下
1.当我先安装了SQL Server 2008, Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2008 R2, Visual Studio 2010。
2.接着安装SQL Server 2012 RTM，当我启动Setup.exe没有问题，正常出现SQL Server Installation Center，接下来点选Installation里面的New SQL Server stand-alone installation or add features to an existing installation.

3.马上就会出现跳出以下错误讯息窗口，此时只能按close program了，检查C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\110\Setup Bootstrap\Log也查不出甚么东西。

窗口title: Managed SQL Server Installer
内容:Managed SQL Server Installer has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

4.解决方法是将Windows 8 内建的.Net Framework 3.5与4.5所有子功能都一并安装，然后再重新开始安装就不会发生错误了。
