启动OEM（OracleEnterpriseManager）

Oracle Enterprise Manager(Oracle企业治理器,简称OEM)是通过一组Oracle程序，为治理分布式环境提供了治理服务。OEM包括了一组DBA工具，一个repository，以及一个图形化显示的控制台。OEM控制台与每一个服务器上的智能化代理(IntelligentAgent)相对应。

智能化代理能够监控系统的特定事件并且执行任务（作业）就象你在系统本地一样。事件和作业的结果会被送回控制台，这样可以在一个地方治理所有的系统。

Linux启动OEM：

[root@oracle ~]# su - oracle //切换到oralce用户

[oracle@oracle ~]$ emctl start dbconsole //启动OEM
Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Database Control Release 11.2.0.1.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2009 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

[oracle@oracle ~]$ emctl status dbconsole //查看OEM状态
Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Database Control Release 11.2.0.1.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2009 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.
https://oracle.merry.com:1158/em/console/aboutApplication

Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g is running. //正在运行中

Windows 下启动OEM：
只要打开oracle11g的emctl服务就可以
