Linux下Kate把文件直接保存成GB2312中文编码

KDE里面默认安装的，Gnome下，可以按照下面安装。主要是他可以保存成GB2312、GB18030、GBK等编码的。安装之后，在“设置－配置Kate－编辑器－打开/保存－编码”改为GB2312就可以了。

如此就可以在手机，MP3/4里面不乱码了。
