求助.tar软件包安装出现的问题～～～～

小弟最近迷上了linux，装了双系统。然后在linux下安装.tar软件包始终安装不成功，即使在root目录下安装也是不成功，它弹出这样的提示(之前已经用./configure编译通过了，代码如下：
